Help and requests
FanKuha Support
The founding pilot uses a manual, privacy-conscious support process while self-service deletion, export, and authorized support tooling are being completed.
Contact FanKuha
Email support@fankuha.com. Include the artist name, the email address involved, the type of request, and enough detail for us to locate the correct artist relationship. Do not send passwords, update-link tokens, authentication codes, or full payment information.
FanKuha will verify identity and authority before disclosing, correcting, exporting, or deleting information. During the pilot, support is handled manually and is not an emergency service.
Email and SMS help
Use the unsubscribe link in an artist email to stop email alerts from that artist. Reply STOP to stop texts to the phone number, START to resume when available, or HELP for assistance. Carrier or provider suppressions may require separate resolution and cannot be bypassed through the web update form.
Access, correction, deletion, and export
Fans may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of their FanKuha information. Artists may request account closure and an account-data review. State or national law may provide additional rights.
We aim to acknowledge verified requests promptly and complete them within 45 days when reasonably possible. We may extend the response when permitted and will explain the reason. Requests are ordinarily free, though repetitive, excessive, fraudulent, or technically infeasible requests may be limited as permitted by law.
Some consent, unsubscribe, STOP, suppression, security, transaction, or legal records may be retained after other information is deleted so FanKuha can continue honoring communication choices and protecting the service.
Appeals and complaints
If FanKuha denies all or part of a verified privacy request, reply to the decision email with the word Appeal and explain why the decision should be reconsidered. The appeal will be reviewed by someone who was not the original decision-maker when practical.
You may also contact the appropriate privacy, consumer-protection, telecommunications, or anti-spam regulator. FanKuha does not retaliate against a person for making a good-faith request or complaint.
Security reports
Report suspected unauthorized access, exposed credentials, leaked secure links, phishing, or other security concerns to support@fankuha.com with “Security” in the subject. Do not publicly post sensitive evidence.
